Our clients require audited supply chains, OEM authenticity, and zero unplanned downtime. We seek an accomplished Field Service & Reliability Lead to act as our on-site technical authority, upholding European OEM protocols in demanding operating environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Commissioning Excellence
- Direct the installation, laser alignment, and commissioning of high-value pumping stations (Kubota/Cummins-driven), enforcing strict adherence to OEM tolerances and specifications.
- Site Audits & Diagnostics
- Perform comprehensive inspections to detect cavitation, vibration anomalies, misalignment, and non-OEM components, preventing escalation into operational disruptions.
- OEM Compliance Enforcement
- Adhere precisely to Technical Data Packages (TDPs), including verified torque sequences, lubrication protocols, and material standards, ensuring full traceability and brand protection.
- Client Capability Development
- Provide structured training to client teams on root-cause analysis, preventive maintenance best practices, and long-term reliability strategies.
The Ideal Candidate

- Diagnostic Expert: Proficient in advanced diagnostic techniques, including vibration analysis, pressure monitoring, thermal imaging, and acoustic evaluation.

- Proven Veteran: Minimum 5 years of hands-on field experience with centrifugal pumps, industrial valves, and diesel propulsion systems.

- Professional Standard-Bearer: Consistently delivers clear, executive-level Service Reports while maintaining full compliance with PPE, safety protocols, and site regulations.
