Proxico works with established manufacturers and business partners and considers technical quality, responsible business practices, environmental standards and social requirements when evaluating supply routes.

Our Approach

Proxico combines European engineering experience with a local presence in Kenya.

Our operations span Belgium and Kenya, giving customers access to European engineering experience and established industrial relationships while maintaining local knowledge and execution in East Africa.

We apply the same principles to our own operations that we expect from our business partners: responsible business conduct, fair employment practices, respect for people, compliance with applicable requirements and honest commercial relationships.

Responsible Sourcing

We expect our business partners to operate responsibly and in accordance with applicable laws and recognised standards relating to:

• Labour and human rights
• Health and safety
• Environmental responsibility
• Ethical business conduct
• Quality and product compliance

Where a supply route does not meet the requirements of a project or customer, we work to identify a suitable alternative.

Supplier Documentation

For industrial and project procurement, Proxico can coordinate relevant information and documentation from manufacturers and supply partners, including:

• Product and technical documentation
• Applicable certificates and test documentation
• Manufacturer information
• Country-of-origin information
• Relevant compliance documentation
• Supplier information required for vendor qualification

Documentation availability depends on the manufacturer, product and requirements of the project.

Project & Procurement Support

Larger industrial and development-funded projects may require additional supplier information as part of vendor qualification and due diligence.

Proxico can support customers with these requirements and coordinate the relevant information with our supply partners.
