Judgement

CI1 all-in is an order-of-magnitude including pass-throughs. Overwrite from the last bill. Not an EPRA published single rate. Energy charge is 13.44 KES/kWh regular / 6.72 TOU, demand 1,100 KES/kVA (Schedule of Tariffs 2025/26). Diesel is fuel × L/kWh at the entered load; the part-load curve is fitted to a generic genset fuel chart, so overwrite it from the datasheet. Motor losses use the efficiency entered.
